Beckers Group is seeking a Production Manager for our Liverpool site to oversee production and resources.
You will plan, organise and manage the manufacturing activities across 3 shifts, ensuring continuous operation and aligning with KPIs and quality targets.
You will supervise a small team, develop talent for future leadership, and coordinate with support functions while embedding 5S and CI practices across the department to improve efficiency and delivery to customers.
