Contract: Fixed term maternity cover (this post is anticipated to be until 31st March 2027 in the first instance, however the post may end sooner should the substantive post holder decide to curtain their maternity leave)

Beckbury CE Primary School is a small, rural primary school which is part of Shropshire Church of England Academies Trust, a thriving trust formed of eight Church of England primary schools. Beckbury School was judged 'Good' in its last Ofsted inspection, noted for its strong curriculum, well‑developed maths and reading skills, effective SEND support, good pupil behaviour, and positive parent feedback.
We are looking for a teacher who strives for everyday excellence and who is open to adapting their practice to reflect current research. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to gain teaching experience across a range of ages and key stages with the post involving three days per week teaching in our mixed Year 2/3 class and two days per week in our mixed Year 4/5/6 class.
