We are looking for an experienced Commercial Contract Manager to join our UK team and play a pivotal role in contract negotiation, commercial risk management and strategic decision-making. Working closely with the UK Managing Director, Engineering teams and global Legal function to support the successful delivery of complex engineering projects.
What you'll do:
- Lead commercial and contractual activities across the UK business
- Negotiate and review customer contracts
- Manage commercial risk and contract administration
- Support major engineering projects with commercial guidance
- Work closely with legal, business development and operational team
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in commercial contract negotiation and risk management
- Background in engineering, construction, industrial services or a similar sector
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Degree (or equivalent) in Commercial, Engineering or Law preferred
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel when required
Package:
- Salary up to £70,000
- £5,750 car allowance
