Purpose of role:
- Lead team(s) of improvers, electricians and sub-contractors on a daily basis.
- Motivate and delegate work to ensure daily targets are clearly identified and achieved.
- Ensure all work is carried out efficiently and effectively in accordance with scheduling, health, safety and quality requirements.
