Trainee Trade Mark Attorney

We are looking for a recently qualified solicitor or barrister; or alternatively, a recent graduate with a first class or upper second degree in English law, LLB, or equivalent, to train to become a Registered Trade Mark and Design Attorney and IP Litigator. If you have a keen interest in IP, and, in particular, in brand, design and copyright protection and enforcement we want to hear from you. It is not imperative that you have any practical experience of IP matters, but you will need to have a strong academic background, an analytic and “can-do” approach, enthusiasm, and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing at the highest levels.

You will work with our trade mark partners for the firm’s wide variety of interesting and prestigious clients ranging from sole traders to billion pound multinationals. You will train to become a Registered Trade Mark Attorney and Licensed IP Litigator and will enjoy the firm’s full support in achieving this aim.
