SO GESTALTEN SIE MIT
- Weiterentwickeln des BECK-Produktionssystems
- Vorantreiben und Begleiten von Veränderungen
- DurchfĂĽhren von Prozessanalysen und Eliminieren von Ineffizienzen
- Leiten von Optimierungsprojekten
- Schulen und UnterstĂĽtzen der Mitarbeiter in Lean-Methoden (5S, SMED, SFM, WSA)
- Überwachen und Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards
- Erstellen von Berichten und Präsentationen für die Produktionsleitung
