An exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to help drive the growth of our Modern Workplace business. Working within the Pre-Sales team, you’ll identify and solve customers’ business and technical challenges around hybrid working, change management, and meeting room modernisation. You’ll lead AV-focused projects and deliver integrated solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity. You will primarily work with Ireland based customers and play a pivotal part in supporting and driving business initiatives across both Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Job Role Responsibilities
- Understand and evaluate key products in Pre-Sales conversations and customer pitches.
- Deliver strategic whiteboarding sessions with C-Level stakeholders.
- Build and maintain customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the development of the Modern Workplace portfolio and strategy.
- Provide technically led pre-Sales support for AV and workplace solutions.
- Assess, design and present end-to-end Modern Workplace solutions to meet our customers’ business challenges.
- Maintain good understanding of the competitive landscape and complementing solutions.
- Lead AV and meeting room projects from scoping to delivery.
- Advise on hybrid collaboration tools (Teams Rooms, signage, wireless presentation).
- Maintain certifications and continuously learn key vendor technologies (Neat, Logitech, Shure, Microsoft).
- Conduct internal knowledge sharing and customer training sessions.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive user adoption.
- Support change management initiatives and champion modern workplace transformation.
- Travel to customer sites as required.
Experience
- Experience working in the IT channel.
- Commercial experience selling Modern Workplace / AV Solutions.
- Desire for continued professional development and industry recognised certifications.
- Desire to expand learning to Microsoft 365, Teams Phone, and identity/security frameworks.
What we offer
- Hybrid Working (3 days in/2 days out) after successful probation period which is 3 months.
- Starting Salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- OTE: €60,000 - €73,333.
