Project Description
This role supports a major aviation capital programme delivered within a live operational airport environment.
Role Overview
The Digital Lead is responsible for defining and delivering the digital strategy for capital project delivery, embedding a digitally enabled PMO and driving innovation across construction programmes.
Major Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the digital PMO and CDE strategy
- Define BIM and information management roadmaps
- Drive adoption of digital tools, analytics and automation
- Ensure governance and lifecycle compliance
- Oversee digital maturity assessments and continuous improvement
- Provide leadership across cross-functional digital teams
- Champion innovation and emerging digital technologies
Education and Experience Requirements
- Degree qualified in technical, engineering, construction or business discipline
- Typically 10+ years experience leading digital transformation on major infrastructure programmes
- Strong leadership in BIM, CDE and digital PMO implementation
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt desirable
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional teams
- Airport or regulated infrastructure experience desirable
