This role supports a major aviation capital programme delivered within a live operational airport environment.
Role Overview
The Digital Integration Manager delivers the digital strategy that enhances construction project delivery, governance and efficiency, embedding a digitally enabled PMO and Common Data Environment.
Major Responsibilities
- Deliver the digital strategy aligned to capital delivery objectives
- Implement integrated Common Data Environment (CDE) solutions
- Develop digital roadmaps including automation, analytics and AI
- Deliver BIM and information management integration
- Champion governance, lifecycle tollgates and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement and process automation
- Develop dashboards, metrics and real-time reporting
- Support data migration and system integration activities
Education and Experience Requirements
- Degree qualified in technical, engineering, construction or business discipline
- Typically 5+ years experience delivering digital transformation on infrastructure projects
- Strong experience with BIM, CDE and digital PMO tools
- Project management qualification desirable (APM / PRINCE2)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) desirable
- Experience in airport or complex infrastructure environments desirable
