The project scope includes planning, design, integration and delivery of major airfield infrastructure, buildings, systems and associated periphery infrastructure.

Job Summary: You will provide non‑routine cost engineering, planning, and scheduling to projects. You will establish stakeholder relationships, conduct schedule analysis and integrate activities, identify restraints, quantify risks, monitor cost and performance, recommend alternatives, and deliver training sessions and workshops. Your activities will synthesize project components into seamless execution.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide or coordinate generally non‑routine cost engineering/planning and scheduling to projects.
  • Lead total integration of schedule activities, identify issues from inter‑disciplinary or functional restraints, and interface accordingly.
  • Conduct project schedule analysis and study problem areas to determine criticality.
  • Recommend alternatives for schedule improvement to the project team for discussion or decision.
  • Lead, when requested, the development and review of schedule recovery plans, including evaluation of additional resources or costs required.
  • Monitor cost recording and reporting practices for compliance with applicable standards.
  • Develop and maintain accurate cost reports, verifying consistency with previous reports.
  • Lead risk workshops, interviews, and information gathering for risk identification, review, and update.
  • Establish and continuously improve project functional stakeholder relationships for effective execution and customer interface.
  • Deliver training sessions and facilitate workshops.

Education and Experience Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and relevant experience.
