BEC is seeking a Facilities Services Officer to play a key frontline role in the care, presentation, and smooth operation of our properties.

Are you ready to be the welcoming face and hands‑on problem solver for BEC’s estate? As Facilities Services Officer, you will be part of a passionate and supportive team dedicated to ensuring our buildings are safe, efficient, compliant, and inviting for tenants, visitors, and colleagues.

Working closely with the Facilities Manager and the wider organisation, you will help deliver day‑to‑day facilities services, respond to issues promptly, and contribute practical solutions that support excellent customer experience. This is a varied, active role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to make a visible and meaningful impact.
