Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Quantity Surveyor role located in Thanet. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks related to cost control, BOQ preparation, project management, cost planning, and reporting on construction projects. You will liaise directly with both client teams, clients and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
- Experience in preparing BOQs and cost planning
- Experience managing construction projects from tender to completion
- Ability to engage and manage clients and subcontractors
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Experience in the construction industry is a must
- A suitable qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
