As the Manager of our Mayfair location, you will lead a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving the success of our wine-forward philosophy.
What Youll Do;
- As Manager, youll oversee all aspects of our two bar Mayfair operation, ensuring smooth daily running, exceptional customer service, and team development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership & Team Development;Recruit, train, and mentor team members to uphold BEBEMEs high standards.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
Guest Experience;
- Act as an ambassador for BEBEME, guiding customers on their wine journey with personalized recommendations.
- Share insights into wine production, sustainability initiatives, and the stories behind our offerings.
Operational Excellence;
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and equipment maintenance.
- Implement Health & Safety protocols, including COSHH compliance.
Event Execution;
- Collaborate with senior management to plan and deliver wine tastings, private events, and promotional activities.
What We Offer;
- Negotiable salary of£32,000 per yeardepending on experience, plus tips of around3k – 4kper year
- 33 days of holiday (pro-rated), including bank holidays.

About you, were looking for a leader with;
- Experience:At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role in hospitality, preferably with a focus on wine.
- Knowledge:WSET Level 2 or above preferred.
- Skills:Strong leadership, excellent communication, and confidence in using EPOS systems.
- Passion:A deep enthusiasm for wine, sustainability, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Personality:Friendly, approachable, and driven to inspire and grow your team.
