We are seeking an enthusiastic social worker to join our Throughcare and Aftercare Team, working with Looked After and formerly Looked After young people aged 16 to 25. The post holder will be responsible for assessing need and developing effective support plans for unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people, as well as supporting other social work staff in age assessment processes.
