We are seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team in Poole. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely management of warranty administration.

  • Record, check and process all claim information according to manufacturer conditions.
  • Receive job cards with agreed warranty items and input claims details i.e. labour item codes and parts numbers producing warranty invoice for transmission to the provider.
  • Identify from warranty returns parts for return or disposal informing the parts department accordingly recording supervising controlling systems for inspections.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in similar roles preferably within the vehicle motor trade along with technical knowledge, high levels of attention to detail, and the ability to work methodically and numerically.

Salary: OTE £

Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30 (30 minute unpaid lunch break)
