We are seeking a skilled Senior Valuation Surveyor to join our team in North London. This is a full-time position on a temporary basis, offering competitive daily rates of £505.97 per day.
Undertake valuations for various purposes:
- Red Book valuations
- Asset valuations
- Portfolio reviews
- Insurance valuations
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Lease renewals, re-gears, negotiations with tenants and landlords
In addition, to improve performance value provide asset management advice. Provides strategic property work assistance including the development delivery of asset strategies, investment plans, and rationalisation programmes. Furthermore, tackle feasibility studies, options appraisals, and viability assessments. Acquisition disposal-related tasks will also be handled including transaction valuation support, everything from negotiations with external parties, briefing papers, CSV report, and recommendation submissions.
The role requests guidance supervision of junior surveyors or apprentices where appropriate.
