We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Senior Transformation Specialists, playing a key role in accelerating digital transformation within the manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be part of an innovative project, focused on enhancing the digital maturity of companies and driving industry growth.
About the Role
This is a fixed-term contract position available for three years, with opportunities for renewal or conversion to a permanent role subject to funding availability. As part of this project, you will engage with manufacturing companies, assess their digital capabilities, and develop strategic plans to enhance their competitiveness.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate experience in engaging with various stakeholder groups, especially industrial bodies, and possess knowledge relating to operational functions. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment that supports Collaborative Innovation projects. Additionally, having an Honours Degree qualification related to relevant disciplines.
