We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative (Wet Trades) to work across occupied domestic properties within Hammersmith & Fulham and nearby areas. This is a customer-facing role, so a professional attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
Job Description:
- Carry out various wet trades tasks including plastering works, minor painting and decorating tasks, small tiling repairs, damp and moisture-related repairs.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in residential/domestic properties with experience of working safely and respectfully in occupied homes. An NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in Plastering, Tiling or Painting & Decorating would be beneficial as well as a full UK driving licence. Strong communication and social skills along with good customer service abilities are required.
