This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled tradesperson seeking a varied, hands-on role maintaining one of Belfast's most recognisable sites.
Working as part of a small, close-knit facilities team, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of buildings and outdoor spaces. Typical duties include basic joinery, mechanical, and electrical repairs. You may also undertake paving stone replacement, tiling, and other general building fabric works. Routine inspections are required for fault finding and frequent upkeep of common areas.
You will need to succeed:
