This is an exciting opportunity to join our technical team, where you will play a key role in the design and maintenance of our house type portfolio. You will work closely with the Group Senior Architectural Technician to ensure all drawings, details and third-party information are accurate and commercially suitable.
Manage the delivery and maintenance of Group Standard Details. You will be responsible for providing support in creating and delivering our Group portfolio while maintaining it going forward. You'll also provide support in managing warranty Type Approval processes, review consultants working on standard products including architects and structural engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure cost effective design control and buildability.
- Liaise with regional business units to progress all relevant Technical matters.
- Collate specialist drawings from across disciplines.
