Key Role in Sustainable Development
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to play a key role in our efforts to support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at De Montfort University. As SDG Hub Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for planning and co-ordinating activities across a range of projects and themes. The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills, with the ability to ensure the smooth delivery of activities from initial proposal through to evaluation.
You will work closely with colleagues from across the university, as well as external stakeholders, to promote engagement in the SDGs. You will have a particular focus on SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), supporting initiatives that engage staff, students and partners in innovative teaching and research projects. Your ability to raise awareness of sustainability issues among new audiences is essential.
