Our organization seeks a proactive Natura 2000 Sustainable Management Specialist to join our Environment Team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in nature conservation, biodiversity and protected sites & landscapes in marine or terrestrial environments.
About the Role
This challenging role involves collaborating with NRW staff, Welsh Government and external partners to develop strategic partnership projects that promote habitat management and restoration of degraded ecosystems. We are looking for an individual who can identify opportunities for securing funding through grants and capital proposals consistent with SMNR principles. The successful applicant will work closely with landowners, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery while maintaining high standards of ecological integrity.
