The role involves managing property inspections and overseeing works from diagnosis through to completion. You will be responsible for specifying, procuring, and monitoring contractors ensuring high-quality work is delivered efficiently. The successful candidate will also provide residents with clear advice on how to manage dampness in their homes along with preventative measures against future occurrences.
In addition, you will maintain accurate records of contractor activities throughout the project lifecycle as well maintaining relationships between PA Housing staff members involved within each stage. This position requires someone who possesses strong technical knowledge relating to domestic property maintenance whilst being able to demonstrate excellent communication skills required when interacting with stakeholders both internally and externally alike.
