Make a Difference in Young Lives. Our Children’s Residential Support Workers play a vital role in the daily lives of our young people. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and care to children with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
The ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude, empathy, resilience and honesty. You will work closely with our team to develop strategies that meet each child's individual needs. Your experience working with children is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
We offer competitive salaries (£34,274 - £40,640).
