We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Junior IT Analyst. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a basic IT background and SC Clearance to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively provide 1st Line support on the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate company details, documenting key information, and escalating issues to the 2nd Line team. Prior experience in password management and reset procedures is highly desirable. To succeed in this role, candidates should have a minimum of one year's experience in a related field and hold a valid SC Clearance.
