We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing individual to support our vulnerable students in an educational setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children inside or outside of schools, providing guidance and support to those who need it most.
About the Role: This is a Full time OR Part time position for a Learning Support Assistant (SEN) in KS1 / Early Years. You will be responsible for supporting the teacher in delivering lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and engaging with students on an individual basis. Your role will involve observing student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to enhance their learning experiences.
