We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hostel Recovery Support Worker to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working with adults struggling with addiction, complex needs or vulnerability. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one and group interventions tailored to individual needs. They will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, housing teams and other partner agencies to ensure seamless care delivery.
