We are seeking a seasoned Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team as part of the Geriatric Liaison Service. The ideal candidate will be able to provide comprehensive assessments and treatments for older adults experiencing complex needs across acute hospitals and community settings.

Possess expertise in managing long-term conditions such as dementia, delirium or depression within this age group with good understanding of multidisciplinary working practices between healthcare professionals. Above all you must have exceptional communication skills that allow you to build effective relationships with staff members at various levels including junior doctors, nurses, allied healthcare workers, colleagues, and management.
