We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our governance and adjudication functions, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage case files and coordinate documentation
- Support the adjudication process, including hearings and reviews
- Draft and coordinate responses to FOI, SAR, and EIR requests
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- At least two years' experience in a legal or governance-focused administrative role
- Strong understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and information handling requirements
- Proficiency with IT systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
