We are seeking a qualified Solicitor to join our leading Corporate Team in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for Lawyers with direct corporate finance transactional experience to work on high-profile matters. The successful candidate will be working closely with various international companies, fund managers and investment banks on private equity deals. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other teams within the business including Real Estate, Restructuring and Business Advisory.
This role can be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow office.
