Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve high-quality outcomes for adults aged 18+
- Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Social Care Practitioners & other teams to deliver effective services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding legislation & Health & Social Care policy context
