This exciting role is for an experienced multi-skilled tradesperson to join our client's reactive maintenance team. As a skilled plumber and general maintainer, you will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs in domestic/social housing settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of plumbing repairs in domestic/social housing settings.
- Demonstrate high-quality maintenance standards throughout occupied properties.
- Undertake secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic carpentry, tiling).
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits.
- Educate customers on the completed works and any potential future issues.
Please Note: Our ideal candidate must have NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Plumbing qualification along with relevant experience of working within social housing environments.
About This Role:
Possessing sound knowledge and technical skills as a Plumber Multi-Trader including but not limited to installation, testing & commissioning appliances plus drainage systems; therefore having ability in fixing taps/water fittings which are faulty/corroded also doing minor tasks around home e.g providing helpful hints about ways consumers can save money when performing certain activities.
