Taylor Wimpey is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team. As a key member of the site management group, you will be responsible for ensuring that field operations are efficiently managed and sub-contractors' day-to-day activities are controlled in conjunction with the Site Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organisation and Control of Labour and Sub-Contractors
- Completion of weekly planning sheets to ensure overall build programme is met
- Liaison with Sales Executive regarding customer options and variations
In addition to your technical skills, we're looking for someone who can work collaboratively as part of our team, communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, and demonstrate a commitment to health & safety. To achieve this role you must have relevant industry experience including detailed knowledge of building process including NHBC and Building Regulations, First aid qualified, CSCS card holder at Supervisor/Manager level, NVQ Residential Construction Site Supervision L4.
