This role will be accountable for ensuring the highest levels of food and beverage service while proactively managing team engagement to create a memorable guest experience. The bar is located on The Peninsula's rooftop offering panoramic views over Wellington Arch and Buckingham Palace Gardens. Our hotel offers renowned food and beverage services, creativity, and combining the best ingredients with tradition and innovation.

Supports a team to bring exceptional standards in every aspect of customer service. Liaises with Bar Manager/Restaurant Director to drive food/beverage innovation and cutting-edge technical abilities into daily operations/bar offerings. Affably handles all guest complaints using courtesy and efficiency when escalated to senior management.
