Are you a skilled Service Technician with a strong electrical or mechanical background? Do you enjoy working on a wide range of equipment and delivering high-quality service? We are recruiting experienced engineers to join a market-leading manufacturer whose service team is renowned for supporting household-name clients with fault-finding repairs, maintenance and technical support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide electrical and mechanical support predominantly on dock levellers and specialist loading bay equipment.
- Assist with installations when necessary.
- Participate in an occasional on-call rota and responsibly manage company tools, vehicle and stock.
- Promote sales of maintenance services and equipment including spare parts and advise sales department of possible sales leads.
- Experience in field service or other relevant electrical & mechanical engineering.
- Strong mechanical/electronic fault-finding skills.
- Experience with lifting equipment or similar (desirable).
- Welding experience (desirable).
- Valid certifications: Electrical qualifications or relevant experience.
- Mechanical qualifications or relevant experience.
