As a Senior Solicitor in our Large Loss team, you will play a key role in managing complex cases and providing strategic legal advice to clients. You will assist the Lead Lawyer on catastrophic injury cases, including brain and spinal injuries, amputations, and fatal accidents.
You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of significant cases valued between £100k-£250k. This includes conducting detailed analysis of medical and liability evidence, liaising directly with senior insurer clients to deliver exceptional client service, drafting pleadings, witness statements, applications, and technical advice. You will also attend conferences, mediations, JSMs, and court hearings.
