We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Operations Officer. A key role in maintaining the security and order of our establishment, you will be responsible for facilitating opportunities for those in our care. You will interact with people from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.

In this position, you must take initiatives when required to prevent escalations, always adhering to ethical professional standards during practice. Please note these roles predominantly operate full-time, but flexibility may be discussed on an individual basis subject to business need.
Your daily responsibilities would involve managing entry and release points, assisting custody with entries and exits, and ensuring the right processes are followed consistently.
