We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team in Surrey and Sussex. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
Job Summary: As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling cars and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell cars to customers through face-to-face negotiations and by identifying customer needs.
- Maintain knowledge of all car models, including features, pricing, and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
- Create personalized quotes for customers based on their specific needs.
- Promote dealership services such as finance options, warranty packages, etc.
A full UK driving licence is required for this position. The motor trade is highly pressurised with fantastic rewards offered, especially if you can maintain strong KPIs and meet/exceed them consistently, making excellent customer-facing skills very much necessary.
