This is a key position within our sales team, responsible for handling customer inquiries and sales activities. Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues.
Prepare and send quotations to customers in a timely manner, following up to convert opportunities into orders. Process customer purchase orders efficiently and accurately. Provide detailed information about products, lead times, and pricing to customers in line with company policies.
