This is a leadership role within our Building Services team, responsible for overseeing the delivery of critical building safety and fire safety initiatives across our housing stock and corporate buildings.
Manage a diverse range of building safety activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation including the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, and Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023.
Leverage expertise in fire safety management to advise on complex specialist reports and develop mitigation plans to address identified risks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire safety management, holding at least a level 4 qualification or equivalent. A chartered membership of a relevant body would be beneficial but not essential as support can be provided through training opportunities.
