To guarantee safe transportation, our drivers perform thorough checks on vehicles and loads prior to departure. They ensure that both the vehicle and cargo reach their destination safely while also liaising with customers at delivery points. Nights out may be required but day work is offered if needed.
Our ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK without any restrictions. Additionally, they should have no more than six points on their driving license for minor traffic offenses.
This role encompasses not only driving duties but also includes non-driving responsibilities such as loading/unloading vehicles. Candidates are expected to be comfortable with some physical exertion, specifically lifting heavy objects. A safe loading demonstration will be conducted during the hiring process.
