Our organisation is seeking skilled roofers to join its social housing maintenance team. As a roofer, you will be responsible for carrying out various roofing repairs and maintenance works in occupied and void properties. The role involves a range of tasks including:
- Repairs to pitched and flat roofs
- Tiling and slating repairs
- Felt, GRP, and lead work
- Guttering, fascia, and soffit repairs
- Identifying and repairing roof leaks
- General roofing maintenance
The successful candidate will have appropriate roofing experience either qualified via certificate or time served. A full UK driving licence is also required as you will be expected to travel between sites.
The hourly rate is competitive with opportunities for permanent employment after an initial temporary period.
