As a Roadside Technician with our Patrol division, you'll be the face of roadside assistance across the UK. Whether it's a flat battery, tyre change, or complex fault-finding, you'll deliver quick and confident solutions to ensure our members get back on the move.
The role demands more than technical expertise; it requires empathy and understanding when dealing with frustrated drivers in challenging situations. Your goal is to leave every customer feeling valued and supported – providing peace of mind that their journey will continue safely.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
