The role of Assurance Manager is a critical part of our organisation's risk management framework. As an assurance manager, you will be responsible for delivering independent risk and controls assurance across the business. This involves executing assurance testing and conducting deep-dive reviews into specific areas of risk. In addition, you will provide expert advice and commercially minded support to help the business identify, mitigate, and manage risk exposure.
- Support the development and ongoing maintenance of our Risk & Compliance approach and methodology.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of our annual Risk & Compliance assurance plan, ensuring coordination across three lines of defence.
- Demonstrate issues identified through assurance work with business owners and assist in designing robust management action plans.
