This role supports an NIHR-funded Public Health Research study evaluating Co-Manage, a digital workplace self-management intervention for people living with long-term conditions and disabilities.
About the Study: The project is a cluster randomised feasibility trial assessing the acceptability, implementation, and evaluation of the intervention across diverse UK workplace settings. The study aims to generate evidence to inform a future full-scale trial.
Your Role in the Study: To play a key role in day-to-day delivery of the study working closely with research team members supporting recruitment, data collection, intervention delivery, and contributing process & feasibility evaluation activities.
Hold or be close to completing PhD related discipline experience quantitative qualitative work interest workplace health LT C & complex interventions.
