Job Title: Research and Development Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Assistant to join our team. As an R&D Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering reliable technical support and laboratory work to support successful implementation of assigned delivery projects.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assume ownership for R&D projects, by implementing formulation/device feasibility work, analysis, validation, stability testing, industrial trials and dossier preparation.
• Solid understanding of scientific techniques including lab operations such as experimentation & testing.
• Maintain good communication with other teams and functions to accomplish objectives.
• Analyse test data from various experiments using statistical methods to derive conclusions or recommendations.
• Create reports detailing the findings along with analyses recommending process improvements where required based on observations made during execution related tasks within laboratories!
