Compliance and Risk Management Expert

This role is a key position within our Estates and Facilities office, where you will be responsible for leading the development, review, and implementation of statutory compliance documents. You will oversee compliance management activities including surveys, insurance inspections, testing, risk-based remedial works, statutory Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), and accurate certification/record keeping.

About the Role

You will have demonstrable knowledge of building construction standards regulations legislative framework fire safety estates facilities supervision passive fire protection compartmentation electric installation water supply systems lifts risers mechanical services planning regulation insulation ducts electrical switchgear telecom cables ICT support UPS backup units cable trays overhead power transmission control equipment elevators doors operators industry benchmarks.

Skills & Qualifications:
