As an Executive Recruitment Specialist, you will take ownership of a busy desk in our Manchester office covering the North West, North East, and Yorkshire regions. This is a high-performing role where you'll manage your own recruitment cycle from business development to placement. You'll work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver quality placements across the Food & FMCG market.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process including:
