A Consultant in Radiology vacancy is available for a dynamic and experienced General Practitioner to join our successful Radiology department.
The appointee will be part of a well-established, dynamic team of 17 Radiologists providing General Radiology services with specialist interests in urological, chest or neuroradiology. The team offers a modern, safe, efficient, friendly and patient-centered imaging service for an acute Trust.
We operate using PACS, RIS (CRIS) systems. The appointee will participate in weekend working covering out-of-hours duty rotations & weekly MDTs including Duty sessions & undertake reporting tasks on XR, U/S, CT, MRI modality images following the trust's audit guidelines.
Ongoing training development opportunities are encouraged within the work environment as there’s space for professional growth within this firmly established group setting.
The department operates under RCO/RANZCR guidelines making sure reports accurately reflect staff treating medical professionals.
