Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and advise on financial and contractual aspects of multiple construction projects.
- Responsible for cost control and financial reporting duties across all aspects of construction work undertaken.
- Lead, support and coach direct reports and wider teams to achieve growth and development.
- Attend design meetings to provide cost implications advice.
- Recognize and advise Site Managers on delays, extensions of time and loss and/or expense.
